While at R/GA, I was the lead interaction designer for the redesign of Nike's online store. This was the first major e-commerce site that took full advantage of Flash technology. Highlights included:
* New header and footer to let users easily browse all Nike sites, and preserve their shopping cart information no matter where they are in the Nike universe
* Guided navigation system to help users narrow down the products to find what they are looking for; the product wall updated in real time to reflect their choices without re-loading the page
* Product detail pages appeared as overlays throughout the site, thus users maintained their context as they researched producta
* Single-page checkout with editable steps at the left panel, and real time review of their order at the right panel
